We recommend utilized metered parking or the 1 hour free parking close to the shop
Do you offering shipping?
Yes! We ship to the US and to most countries. Our web store is on our sister companies site here or visit www.witchswaycraft.com to shop our offerings! You can also message us on instagram or Facebook to request to see specific inshore items that we may be able to ship!
Do you offer gift cards?
Yes! Currently we offer virtual gift-cards HERE that CAN be used in store OR on our online shop! We will have physical certificates available in-store for you to give to your loved one!
PLEASE NOTE: Gift cards for Palm/Tarot readings must be purchased by calling the shop at 484-525-4646 or emailing us at thirteencirclesshop@gmail.com
At this time gift cards can not be used to book tickets to our special in-store events and classes
Can I return or exchange my instore purchase?
Yes! Our system does not allow exchanges but items can be returned in store within 14 days of purchase - a receipt/proof of purchase is required and the item(s) must be unopened/undamaged. There will be no exceptions to our policy. Refunds will be sent to original form of payment

Do you do palm/tarot readings for private events and parties?
YES! Lily offers private party and special event palm and tarot readings. We can either come to you or you can bring your party to us! We do require a minimum 2 hour booking or a minimum of 10 pre-booked appointments. For more information or to schedule an informative call please reach out to us at Thirteencirclesshop@gmail.com

Do you offer custom candles? Or party favor candles?
We do offer custom spelled/ritual candles as well as custom candles for event favors such as baby showers, weddings, birthday parties, etc. Custom Spell/Ritual candles - prices vary depending on quantity and vessels used. Vintage & other vessels etc can be used for a premium charge. Custom instructions and incantations can be written as well. Custom items may take 3+ weeks to produce depending on the detail needed. Please email us at info@witchswaycraft.com for custom candle requests.
Do you buy crystals and items from personal collections? I have stuff I want to sell!
We do not buy or resell from personal collections. We work direct with the mines, designers, and carvers of our stones to ensure ethical and fair trade sourcing as well as authenticity of the stones. We are also unable to purchase antiques and vintage from personal collections and estates. We are unable to verify and ID pieces from personal collection. Messages and emails on this matter will go unreplied to as they get filtered to spam.
